Didnt got service after balance deduction

I had asked for a service (My tune) from airtel on 14th jan and the balance got deducted on the same day but... till the date..18-02. I ve complained more than 10 times but even i didnt got my money back not even the service . so please help me with this. my mobile no is 9915685721.
