Balance deduction and worst service!

I have airtel connection in my mobile from past 2 years. On 25 May I got a sms from airtel that today you will get full talk time on E-recharge of 77 Rs/- .

So I have taken that on same day, till date I doesn't get full talk time. My complaint No is 0630131847.

And in last week there is deduction of 30 Rs/- my account for hello tune, I don't know why it is deduction because there is no request from my to activate the Hello tune on my no!!!

People beware!!!
