Deduction onf Rs. 149 without any reason

I was charged Rs. 149 for two things that I did not even down loaded it. When I called up the customer care they were of the view that customers are liars that can be referred from from his statement.

He said that the customer are not going to tell the truth.

This incident have happened with me many times. Every time i have asked the customer care executive to stop sending me any such messages but the same keeps on happening every now & then.

The customer care is also not readily reachable.

I asked the executive to register the complaint. Below are the details

The amount was deducted for downloading Java Games. (Rs. 99) & sports alerts services (Rs. 50)

I regret that I am still using Airtel & this is what i receive for being a loyal customer of Airtel for last 4 years.

I seek help so as to eliminate torturing of consumers by such organization.

I am just an example of the hardship that most Airtel consumers have to go through.
