Activation of Services without prior consent and leving charges

I have complain regarding unwanted airtel services getting activated in my

mobile number 956109606 without my consent or permission. Airtel is really not bothered to

address my complain. I have received bill which is to my surprise sky reaching

amount.

1.Complain number 41523341 logged on 11 January.

2. Unique Service Request number is 41791357 - Date: Wed, Jan 25 at 8:32 PM

3. Service request number 42144330 - Date: Thu, Feb 16 at 11:16 AM

Why airtel is not replying/resolving my complain. Till date I have

not received any phone calls/e-mails, very surprising for me.

have received a new bill from airtel which demands immediate payment.

I would like to bring to your notice that airtel had called me regarding my complain which is still unresolved.

Total Outstanding bill is Rs.4002.48

Unwanted deductions:

Previous bill Sms-other charges = Rs.1537

Current bill Sms-other charges = Rs.43

Current bill Late fees charges = Rs.161.98

Total of above charges = Rs.1742

(Add) service charges @ 10% = Rs.174

Total charges to be reversed = Rs.1916

Kindly address my complain and give me a resolution.
