Airtel
1 Rs. getting deducted for every call

My number is 9557575957, and today all of sudden I realized that I am being charged Rs. 1 for all local calls even if the call is only for 5 seconds, when I called Airtel Customer Care, they told me to wait as they are checking their systems for the same and after a few seconds later, the call was disconnected, when I called back I received a voice mail service telling me to dial *121# for the new services, I tried calling back many times but same thing happened again and again, this only shows how poor Airtel's customer service is, and how Airtel frauds the customers by these cheap tricks, I am going to file a complaint against this to the proper authorities and will be porting out from Airtel as soon as possible for I consider Airtel to be the worst telecommunication company in India.
