HUMMING SOUND IN LANDLINE CONNECTION

I am having fixed line line connection 0124 4281616 with broadband and IPTV connection. TV hangs on when ever I receive call or give call from this connection. Message " waiting for Signal " appears. I have to shut down complete system, the restart it. This probelm is coming from 05.03.2012 onwards. Many times Airtel engineers visited my place, But of no use, problem still persists. I have contact airtel customer care officers on 198, every time I get false promises. Pl help in resolving this issue
