Security deposit

While taking a new post-paid connection, I deposited Rs. 1000 as security to Airtel authorized person at there Authorized office in Mukerian city. That person has given in written on Customer copy "Security deposit = Rs. 1000" with his seal, but that security money is not being shown in my bills. On asking the Customer care, they said that they haven't received the money. Even after so many complaint in 3 months no action is being taken by Airtel. I have submitted the copy of doc.by email to Airtel but no action taken. In fact they are telling me to go to their Authorized person and tell him to submit the security, but that person is also taking no action.

I have deposited the money, I have the written proof but no action by Airtel.
