Unwanted Hellotone

I received call from ph.no.011400540013 they said that we are providing free hellotune for 90 days. I set hellotune service because it's free for 90 days. But after set hellotune i checked my balance i found that they took 60 rupees from my balance. I called on 198 customer care no. and i told them what was happend with me they said that we are deactivate your hellotune service and you will receive your balance within 6 hour but i don't receive my balance till yet. When i called on custmer care today they saying that our senior excutive on hollyday today please call on monday. So please refund by balance as soon as per.
