Echarged amount not credited

My mobile No. is 9892713902. I have recharged for Rs. 333/- on 23.12.11 through on line service. The balance is not updated. I have sent so many mails. Still the said amount is not credited. They are not responding properly. Hence, I am praying for credit the amount of Rs. 333/- in my balance. Further, they have debited Rs. 160/- as charges without any calls made by me. I pray for this amount also and compensation for Rs. 50000/- towards mental torture given by the Airtel office so far. Kindly award it suitably.
