Airtel stop my mobile service

Respected Sir,

My self yuvraj Singh. i have a no. of Airtel company no. is 9815143713 but on 27/03 i received a sms from company i need to deposit my proof to company but my no. is 3 or 4 years old i have already deposit my proofs to airtel relationship center 1 year ago but they stop my service after massaging me with in 6 hours. that is not fear & when i call customer care many times then they replied your no. is permanently out of service but sir how is that possible. When i tried to deposit my proofs again but they center person said they don't have any information regarding it. Its effect my all work & my no. is stop from last two days so sir plz try to something i am very disturbed because of it. I am not able to contact some one and also no one can contact me so plz do the need full asap sir i'll very thankful of yours.
