Please stop the deduction of balance from my mobile for Online games

My Mobile account balance is regularly be deducted by saying Online Games activation. I had call with Airtel customer care but didn't help. They have taken down the complaint but never acted upon it. I almost loss 200 rupees for this. And still duduction from my mobile account balance continues. I want my money reimbursed.
