Unauthorised activitation of url services

My airtel cellphone no. is 9612075789; i have been receiving and being billed for sms cricket updates from an 92351 with web address http://203.115.112.5/cc/? id ; a service to which i never subscribed. i have tried to stop it regularly for the past month with the stop sms to airtel 121 called their 1909 and 9862098620 service to no avail . it is nothing short of robbery.is this airtel company policy? i will not waste my time by going to their local office to complain . i will be very grateful to anyone who can suggest the best means to bring an action against policies like these so that i can take legal action against the company on behalf of myself and other customers who have been duped
