Bad service

Dear Sir,

Due to network failure, the service provider had promised th install a repeater in my location in June. The service provider had not installed it witin due time and kept time wasting. The cost of bad service caused loss of business and other opportunities further bad reputation. The service provider has installed the device in February. The service provider had promised the refund of all all money for the period of defective service and promised to pay the damages to grip the consumer. At the time of leaving the service provider the device was installed. But the service provider has con refunded money till now.

Please help me to fight against this service provider.
