CUstomer support and call tariff plans

I'm using Air-tel Network 5 years. When i joined in air-tel it should be going very well but last two years air-tel network is going very very worst network. Customer support and billing and plans and call tariff everything except network signals very bad and cheating . so kindly request is don't choose air-tel network. They will approach good for first six months to every new customer after that they will start whatever ways are there to catch customer money. They will not satisfy the customers.
