Assign my Number to Any one else

Hello Sir,

I am coustmer of Airtel from last 6 month using the number 9935225555. During my visit to Pune during a visit they cut my service without any further notification and assign the same number to some one else within a month.

Please let me know how to recover that number as it is creating a lot of problem to me.
