Improper billing

I am having prepaid connection from air-tel;having mobile number 9725556466.i have found improper deduction from my account.on inquiring with air-tel office, they have informed me that some amount is deducted for DOWNLOADING.But I have never asked for that service, nor have downloaded anything. I want air-tel to furnish me detail about deduction WITHOUT CHARGING ANY EXTRA COST.
