Automatically activated Hello tunes and deducted Rs 15

6th April I got a junk call from Airtel at around 1753 Hrs. When after listening to computerized voice I disconnected the call and after that I got a message stating that My hello tunes activation has been successful. When I called customer care they also said, they cant do anything atmost can deactivate the service. Sir This has occurred to many of the consumers. Please take strict action against these service providers.
