Sms pack not working

i am nayan mandal i had recharged my airtel no. 9002160090 Rs 26 on 3rd april. After 2 days from recharged my sms pack was not working i had complaint customer care three times but still every time debited 1 rs per sms when i send a msg. After complaint Customer care sended me msg "Thank you for contacting airtel. Your request reference no. registered on 06-apr 13:19 is CBNRA20406377912." so please resolve my problem as soon as possible thanking you my no. Is 9002160090.
