Wrong instrument

Hi

This is regarding my airtel landline 01145604348. Yesterday I locked a request (no.14156884) for beetel x62 cordless phone. I got three calls for confirmation that which instrument I want. I clearly mentioned them that I want beetel x62. But the person visited my home had installed x64. I checked the box, after he left my place. I submitted a complaint (no.14172110) in which the customer care person told me that is has been resolved. So, i have to open a new request. They are continuously closing my complaint without even visiting & fooling people with the wrong instrument. Kindly look into the matter,
