Balance diducted

Hello sir,

i am prashant from patna. i am using airte from long ago. my number is 9199997889 yesterday my rs 15 has been diducted without any detail. when i ranged consumer care they told me that i am charged for games club. sir, i already requested them around 1 mnth to deactivate this service, but till now they didnt did so, today they told me that the service will be deactivated but my balance would not be refunded... sir i am a student if they didnt stop doing so i would may go and switch my provider... kindly tell them to stop doing so... thanks
