Abnormal Money Deduction from my Mobile Balance

Dear Sir,

I have been my mobile recharge Rs. 130/-on dated 11/04 7:58PM (Airtel TX ID – 1192946044). After that I have seen my mobile balance is automatically deducted. Then I have called Airtel coustomer care and he told me that Rs. 47/- for SMS recharge has been deducted from my balance. I ask him, without my permission why you are deducting this charge? Then he told me some wrong reason.

I request you please look in to this matter.
