Airtel is running illegal marketing in assam

Hi,

I am Sahidul Ali & i am regular user of airtel tele service. My cel number is 8011964811.

On 19-4 at 2-27 pm i have got a msg frm airtel tht if i rechrge with 349 then i wil get 10, 000 mins airtel free mins. So i confirmed with customer care executive and then i recharged with 349 on 19th april at 7-19 pm but i got only 3, 500 free airtl mints. I have called to airtel people regarding this matter but they could not give me any answer for ths "CHEAT MARKETING" policy. Simply airtel is sending false & fake offer msgs.

Kindly take action for the above matter.
