Unfair deduction by adding services by airteg

Respected sir,

i am Dr. Anchit Wapa. my no is 9816639493.iam an airtel prepaid customer.

my complaint is :

i was unkowingly subscribed by airtel with

1) voice cricket subscription service by airtel and charged rs 3 for it on 3rd march 4:21 pm.

2) on 21st march GAMES CLUB_30_05 was "chosen" fror which 5rs was charged for day.

3) again on 22nd march rs 2 was charged for "choosing" GAMES CLUB_30_05 for 1 day.

4) on 22nd march i had my no top up with 50 rs my balance was 43.81rs... but was soon deducted rs 40 from my account for the same thing, which i had not subscribed to.

I called the customer care for these complains searially for 3 consecutive days

the first guy who received my complaint said that the service will be deactivated.but the next day i was deducted again for the same by rs 5 then 2 then 40.,

when 40 rs was deducted i called the customer care again .this time i was told that the service was active and was deactivated now, and that i would be refunded rs 40 within 4 hours... which never happened.!!!

sir. kindly look into the matter and take action against airtel. this is my second complaint against them.
