Unwannted deduction of balance

Sir,

my balance from No.9003850370 have deducted many times on the name of some java games or some cricket updates types, further i have complained many times to customer care, but no statisfactory solution received till date. My 198 customer care services have also blocked after that.

Further I have already activated DND on my No. 9003850370.

please do some needfull.
