MOBILE SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED

1st april i put airtel no 9422670100 portable from bsnl to airtel on 1st april on 2nd april sim card failed, in ulhasnagar of your airtel shop that you get your number from bsnl, but i recieved this no 9422670100, it proceed to airtel daily contact their employee overall she agree to give me @ 25/- rupees. i gave her documents for that and at 23th april. your airtel started, my card delay your department started why she gives me bsnl name you used me as football from bsnl to airtel.
