Oaming Service not available in Chennai

I have prepaid number from Airtel 9867552798. When I travel to Chennai, this number is not in roaming. I have complained to Airtel 4-5 times in Mumbai and in Chennai but they are not helping. Everytime they tell to change mobile, sim or switch off, manual selection. All this has been tried. No wwhenever I call Mumbai helpline, they give execuses that our systems are down, please call us back. This has happened 3-4 time.

Because of this I am unable to use this number while in Chennai and I miss lots of my customer, official calls and can not connect with family. This is the service (to stay connected with family, friends and business associates, while travelling) for which everyone take mobile, and this very service is not available.
