DND violation

Sir,

I have registered for DND more than 3 months back. But I still get SMS ads. I complained to the Airtel customercare many times. Each time they would come back with a "your problem has been solved". But the problem still remains. I'm fed up with Airtel customercare. They flount TRAI regulations with so little care!
