Non compliance of deactivation of airtel postpaid no. 9967138199

I am asking the call centre (121) to deactivate my Airtel postpaid mobile no. 9967138199 since 08/05 but no action has been taken so far. My no. has not been deactivated. Call centre is not ready to entertain this complain. Also they are not ready to give alternate no on which I can register my complain.

Similar case happened to me with Reliance communications. The company did not deactivate the number and subsequently case was registered against me for not paying their monthly bills.
