Nil Balance

Dear Sir

I am regular user of AIRTEL INDIA. My AIRTEL Mobile nos. are 9896720320 & 9896465460.

I had recharge with 100 Rs. on 02/05. I use only 1-2 calls and after few days my balance was nil. It is normally happened earlier also.

When I called CUSTOMER CARE (After trying many times a day) then they told me 10 Rs. for service and nothing told more. They immediately cut the call without satisfaction.
