Alance deduction due to airtel unrequested service activation

I am air tel customer,

having cell phone No. 9975763981, since from Feb. 2012 every day my balance get deducted by Rs.2 Every day,

i come to know that thing at Month of May, i ask to customer care he told one service is activated for your mobile, and after some investigation it was

found that the service was activated by air tel boy own without my request or permission,

i told them for refund my balance complete, they initially committed to give all balance refund,

but after that they have given me just Rs30 balance refund,

please do something for air tel misbehavior to every customer?
