Unnecessary balance deduction

On 14th may i realized that my balance was unnecessarily deducted around 250 bucks...

wen i called them to complain they only gave me a complain number and dis nothing til 18th may (they had promised that they will revert the balance til 16th may by 6 pm) nothing has been done so far... i called them twice and the put me on hold to talk to some senior and in spite of me not willing to talk to any senior they forcefully transfer my call on some hold and then there is no reply... till now my balance is deducting and its around rs 300 til now that has been deducted...
