Balance deduction

Sir,

I am Airtel prepaid mobile subscriber with a number 8974295285. I had recharge Rs. 150/- last week from that time they are deducting every day approx Rs. 2.70/- and customer care dose not response about the same what will I do. In my above number have activate DO NOT DISTURB service but after all this they are deducting. It is not a time I am suffering this many time. Please do suitable step in this regard
