ABUSIVE MESSAGES FROM A NUMBER

i have posted one complain in airtel.in/airtelpresence.this is my reference id PR052700078.but i have done one mistake i gave the customer name as SHILPA SOHARU.but it is on my dad's name RAKESH KUMAR SOHARU.so please take care of that.here is the complain that i have posted there-
