I have been cheated by the service provider. I sent a portability message last month. In response to that message, one representative asked me not to go with other service provider as he was giving me my wrongly deducted amount and an offer of call rates. I accepted that. I didn't get my offer till seven days. I called and asked for the same but they refused to take my complain and to give my balance back. What should I do now? I asked the head of the customer care call center also. He also refused to do anything for me and answered badly. His name was Hiren.
