Deduction of balance

Hi,

this is kamal..i have been using the airtel since 3 months... and i have activated 2G services for apple iphone..still i am having the Data about 1gb in my hand stilll the balance is deducting automatically when i surf net..i have complained lot of times to customer care but no use with them..bloody hell i just quit the airtel and i switched to another service.

do not go for airtel..and also they charge more service tax when you top up your mobile..with prepaid.
