Change of plan

Dear Team,

I have purchased a per paid Air-tel Sim (919994680015) in the year Since it had been 7 years. I was in the special plan.

plan details :

First 75min air-tel to air-tel free every day.

100 local sms free everyday.

All other call chargers are huge form me.

As of now they had changed my plan many time, I did not raised any request from my end. I had give back my plan 2 wise . but as of now they are not changing my plan. since i had been into airtel network for very long time. They never treat the customer properly.

I really felt very bad for this. Some how i need my old plan.

i kindly request you to do the needful.
