Deduction of money

Dear Sir/Madam

I am not interested to take this kind of step but Airtel one of INDIAN leading service provider forced me due to their quality of service. From last 20 days I had requested them please deactivate Airtel Talkies also I had called 5 to 6 times for the same but till date no action taken by Airtel. Daiky deduction is going on. What should I do?
