Unsolicited SMSs AND CALLS and charges thereon

Airtel is charging for unsolicited SMS s and telemarketing calls. I do not want to use any other service other that telephone calls and SMSs made by me and same received by me from my known people for which there should be no charge. No deductions on my charge due to any unrequested service
