This is to inform you that I have cheated by Airtel and wrongly charged by them of my GPRS usages. I was an loyal customer of Airtel from last 5 years and was always promoting too in my offices and friends to adopt the Airtel only still they have high call rates.

Recently I have suffered a lot from Airtel for network issue. Every time I was getting SMS form every one that you are having one Missed call from so and so numbers. My Boss, colleagues, friends and family members always used to complain for keeping my phone in not reachable mode. I have complained a lot in customer support and not got any solution till date. Forget this now coming to Major issue.

My Number 9910086021 was suspended due to nonpayment of Bill of Rs. 2717 rupees which I had paid on 5th of May and got my services restored. My Bill date is of 8th of every month to 7th of next month. I have got my bill generated on 7th of May and have got SMS on 9th May that my bill is Rs.617/. Till that date everything was fine. On 10th May morning I have got an SMS that my unbilled amount is Rs.10000 . I was shocked and contacted customer care that how far this can be possible they have reverted sir we have logged the complain on billing department and our team will contact you back. Have not got any solution on same too. After few days I was getting SMS that you have used huge data so please pay Rs. 2900 for using uninterrupted Internet services. Same I have also informed to Airtel customer care. Finally my services have been barred again on 21st May of Internet. I have asked the same to customer support and Airtel ARC too they just guided me that I have used 5 GB of data in just 13 days.

My question is How is it possible to use 5 GB data on phone with 2G speed in just 13 days specially in this 3G world. I have just activated my Internet for checking mails and other stuff and never got chance to consume more than 1.5 GB data in any means in last 2 years on this network. I was finally waiting for Bill which I have received on mail and found that I was wrongly charged in many time intervals in which I was even not turn my GPRS on. I have Goggled the same and found many users have also made several complains on Airtel for wrongly charged for GPRS.

I have got bill of Approx 5000/. Which is not used by me. Please help to gain my faith in Airtel again.
