3 Times more than the usual bill

I, Lata Jashnani, being a 3 G customer, Am having a lot of inconvenience with your services recently.

I ve been using the service since December. I ve taken a 4 GB Plan with the approximate bill of Rs.850 / - (Approx). But this month the bill amount was 3 times more than the usual bill, i.e. Rs.2, 500 (Approx). We had gone to the N.I.B.M Branch in Kondwa, Pune. They were not ready to listen also.

Please rectify this problem and revert back.
