UNREASONABLE DEBIT

THE AIRTEL NETWORK HAVE BEEN DEBITED RS.60/- FROM MY MAIN BALANCE WITHOUT INFORMATION AND WITHOUT REASON. IN THE MEAN TIME, I VE TO SAY ONETHING " I AM USING THE NUMBER SINCE 6 YEARS"

IN THIS CONNECTION, I WAS CALLED MORE THAN 5 TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE SINCE 3 DAYS.

THEY DIDNT ANSWERRING ME PROPERLY. I VE SPOKE WITH LOT OF TIME TO LOT OF PEOPLES. THEY SAID "PLS WAIT WITHIN ONE HOUR I LL BE REFUND THE AMOUNT" BUT STILL I DIDNT RECEIVE THE AMOUNT. DAMMIT!

FINALLY, I VE CALLED THE SAME CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IN THE MORNING. I COULD NOT ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THEM. THEY DID SOMETHING

USELESS AIRTEL.!

I NEED MY MONEY.. STRICTLY AM SAYING, U SHOULD REFUND THE AMOUNT OR U SHALL BE MEET A BIG PROBLEM. I DECIDE TO TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION. TAKE CARE
