SMS PROBLEM

My mobile no is 8757373005, i activeted sms pack on 01/07, reg no. RSMSP40701367248, but it is not working from

02/07 . i contact customer care many time but they are not responding . when i last contact to seniour customer care on 02/07 in about 2 to 3 pm, he tell me your complain is registered and shortly inform you by sms and resolve shortly or upto 05/07, but no response by customer care. i recieve sms by AK-AIRCCM on 04/07 at 1.13 pm
