Balance deduction

My mobile number is 9831486658. I have activated net pack. after checking my net balance i have started surfing. but balance deducted from my main balance. they deduct rs 48. when i complaint for it they said that system not showing this type of information. I know that is very small ammount but same things happend many times. customer care does not take any positive step.
