Custmercare totaly hopeless

Hi, every one past 3yrs i am useing airtel prepaid recently airtel launched 97 easy recharge option (ie;1/2paise/second) but my mobile i can't recharge Rs.97 ofter that i called many times to airtel custmer care but could not slove my issue, ofter 3day i vent to airtel outlet they given "nodal officer no" i nodol officer also taken 3days time but could not slove my simple-issue. the nodol officer's are every time asking time and given false commitment Airtel tel saying we are the no.1 service provider in india but i was telling no.1 worst service provide
