Not able to make STD Call

Dear Sir,

Recently i have ported my no to Airtel from Vodafone, am very disappointed with the Airtel Service, because am not able to make calls to some of STD numbers specially Maharastra no's. I have raised the complaints many time but no response after a couple of days i will get the SMS that my complaint is resolved. WHAT THE HELL AIRTEL!!! PATHETIC!!! Very embarrassing. AM really regretting on porting my no to A I R T E L... :(:(
