NOT RESPONDING CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE

I contacted airtel customer care on 04/08 at around 10:00 am -12:00 pm for technical support from my number 918979916789, the customer executive told me that your call is being transferred to senior officer, and I was put on hold for around 5 mins and the call disconnected, after that i tried around more than 10 times to connect to customer care but the auto operator said an unwanted command and the call gots disconnected every time.

so its my humble request to please look into the matter.
