Not working ACM but deducted charge for it

I am activate AirTel Call Manager Service on 19 Jan at 11.52.54 AM, but it was not working on 25 Jan I contact customer care on 26 Jan for this but they do not Solve my problem still now on 28 Jan at 01.00.45 AM, My Mobile No is 9831084552
