Complete lack of response to customer complaints over the past 3.5 months

We have submitted a complaint reporting lack of functioning of equipment provided by Airtel related to our cell phones. That was on the 2nd of December. It is now March 22 and despite going from Customer Care to the Nodal Officer to the Appellate Authority, no action has been taken.

We have now approached the government for help and Airtel still does not respond. We suggest that all of you should be careful dealing with Airtel and if possible avoid taking their service. You do not want to go through the complete lack of service or sense of customer that they put you through.
