Deduction of the money from prepaid account without any information

I am using airtel as my mobile connection service provider.. I am really fed up with the services.. But as its my bussiness no I am not willing to close my account.. Artel is cheating people as they are deducting the amount from pre paid accounts without any information.. They call it as AUTO SUBSCRIPTION.. Which the people are not aware about.. I called up the customer service for the enquiry (WHICH IS ALSO CHARGABLE AS 50ps Per 3 minuits.. Very poor cust service said that they can not refund the amount back as i did not informed them within 24 hrs of subscribtion.. But i never got any notification for the same so I never thought of calling the cust service.. The advisors from the customer service are pathetic.
