NOT DEACTIVATING MY BLACKBERRY CONNECT 299 PLAN from NOKIA e90

I was using prepaid blackberry connect plan for 299 on my nokia e90. since i got blackberry device itself i approached airtel to deactivate my 299rs plan from my e90 for the last 2 months..till now they have NOT DONE and they are deductiong 299 plus taxes.

I have sent many mails..to nodalofficer.tn@airtel.in .121@airtel.in, sudha.preeyaa@airtel.in

but till now nothing has happened..they are telling to send UNUMP to 121 but it takes to someother services

they are not really genuine in deactivating..as they have the upperhand of just deducting from the prepaid phone..

i have sent more than 20 emails in this regard... none of the customer care guys really know anything of how to deactivate... also the website does not provide any clue of deactivation..
